Real Ale Classroom

The Real Ale Classroom are proud to once again be involved in Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2026! Join us in our basement venue, The Common Room (Winner - Best New Venue 2024), where we'll be hosting the best part of 50 shows with the help of the lovely people over at Jokes On Us. The Classroom is part of the Free Festival, offering top comedians on a 'pay what you want' basis. Every show has limited tickets available on the door - so don't despair if your favourites are sold out! Just head down early to grab yourself a seat. You'll find us nestled in the Cultural Quarter of the city centre, just across the road from LCB Depot. PLEASE NOTE: The bar at The Classroom is card only. Due to the venue being in the basement, we are unfortunately unable to accomodate wheelchair users.
